Julie Avery has implemented and integrated human performance and system thinking into existing systems strategically and tactically effectively supporting key business KPIs.
Julie is currently a Trustee of the Chartered Institute for Ergonomics and Human Factors in the UK and leads a voluntary Community of Practice there for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Juie’s energy and heart is focused on supporting people to be set up for success focusing on learning and improvement to deliver quality and patient outcomes.
