Principal Validation Engineer
Jayen Diyora with over 13 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, I’ve had the opportunity to lead various facets of validation engineering across prominent organizations. I recently served as the Senior Manager for Cleaning Validation Engineering at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). Here, I took on the multi-faceted role of implementing and maintaining an effective cleaning validation lifecycle for a multi-product biologics manufacturing facility. I acted as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all cleaning validation activities and provided high-level technical leadership, driving risk-based validation methodologies.
Before my BMS role, I spent close to 6 years at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals as a Principal Validation Engineer. In this capacity, I led cross-functional teams focused on cleaning verification programs and was the site lead for the qualification of facilities, equipment, and utilities. Prior to that, I was with Biogen for four years, specializing in sterilization validation. My extensive experience allows me to offer unique insights on both maintaining quality and compliance as well as innovation within the industry. I’m excited to share my expertise and learnings at this conference.
